| Post subject: | Air compressor install location |
I am looking for a good location to mount my onboard electric air compressor and 2.5 gallon tank. I had it mounted in the engine compartment on my TJ with the tank underneath opposite side of the muffler. The CRD doesn't seem to have room under the hood but maybe I am missing a clever spot. My compressor is about 11"x4"x7". Any ideas? I would rather permanently mount it instead of having to store inside and connect to battery when needed. |

I'm gonna move my Warn compressor (the single piston one) from my truck to the Libby. I was just going to put it in the back in the cab. No tank. I can't imagine anywhere else to put it. |
