my wife was driving to long distant and our jeep started to leak oil on the passenger side of the engine and my EGR valve is showing bad. I know how to replace the EGR but i cant find this leak anywhere. I run it and watch it but nothing leaks. I have the air box off and the filter is covered in oil but there is not really any oil in the tube going to the turbo so it is not comeing from the turbo. well inside anyways. I know there are alot of different lines on the passenger side of the engine but i dont know which lines caryy what. Any ideas of where the oil is coming from.

It could be from the turbo oil drain pipe as it enters the side of the block. There is a rubber grommet and a common leak path. Where the turbo drain connects to the turbo frame is also a potential leak path, only held with (2) 8mm bolts. You may want to look closely on the bottom of the clean air ilnet where it attaches to the turbo compressor. A few members have noticed oil deterioration and leakage here.
