Glad you've identified the problem

Were you one of those that claimed they never had a air in the fuel problem? Some scold us that did for not finding the root cause and fixing it. Rest assured their day will come
If all the lines are factory I syspect air is entering at the plastic clip connectors by the tank. Air is normally in the fuel and it sperates under some conditions. But the CP3 should, as I understand it, handle that.
So now all you need to do is install a dodge lift pump in the tank like many of us did 3 years ago
