I just need to tell someone..

many month ago when I went thru all the problems with my wife's jeep. I decided to implement a valve on the fuel head to control fuel flow to the return line. This is not my idea.THANKS TO THAT PERSON!!..

Well tonight It finally got a real world test..and it worked like a charm. My wife had to cycle the key a couple of time to get all the air out. curious to how the air got in?? its got a lift pump( at the moment its in the front). and all the lines from front to back are factory..may these are a problem
after bleeding the air out my wife made it all the way home. About 25 miles without any problems

just thought I'd sure some good news

Glad you've identified the problem :SOMBRERO: Were you one of those that claimed they never had a air in the fuel problem? Some scold us that did for not finding the root cause and fixing it. Rest assured their day will come :-)r

If all the lines are factory I syspect air is entering at the plastic clip connectors by the tank. Air is normally in the fuel and it sperates under some conditions. But the CP3 should, as I understand it, handle that.

So now all you need to do is install a dodge lift pump in the tank like many of us did 3 years ago

that lift pump might be coming in the future..
its just amazing to me that jeep didn't talk/work with dodge..dodge already knew a lift pump was needed.
just kinda begs the question..what other things did cut in the name cost instead of quality.

oh I know the Jeep has many problems with air in the fuel. and this case happened with 1/2 tank..
and mostly ULSD..biodiesel doesn't seem to keep entrained air as much.
