Mike here for the last time,
I would like to say THANK YOU to all those who have helped and added their $.02 in making CRD ownership as enjoyable as possible. However I'm sad to say I had my last straw and had to trade her in. Yes, it was a sad site to see her go… never again will I be up till 4am searching the site for an answer, no more knuckles bleeding, cussing, smelling like fuel, no more dumping the ele. hose mod coke bottle, plugging and unplugging the orm for my state inspc., gone are the days of cleaning the map, explaining why K&N's are bad, why bio is good/bad and what blend to run, what size tires can I run if I have a "X" lift kit. as well as why "X" lift kit will or will not work. I'm really going to miss all the postings of "whos paid up" for our group buys. and what?! you don’t have Samco hoses yet? sniff, sniff…
But most of all I will miss the "what's wrong with that motor?? why is it knocking so bad?? WHAT??!!! it’s a diesel??!!" or better yet, pulling into the fuel station to fill her up and have someone come running up saying "STOP!!! your putting the wrong fuel in!!" lol
Yall have been a great help and support to me in getting the most enjoyment of my CRD for the last 5 years. I only wish there was such a tight knit of folks that cared so much about taking a bad design and making it great.

ok ok ill cut to what I know everyone of ya is asking… what happened and what did you get??? lol
limp mode again, "fuel leak" changed fuel filter (cat 2) no luck, replaced with new filter head unit + new Stock filter no luck, small ele frame mounted fuel pump no luck… started to goto the dump and find a dodge lift pump and that's when it hit me… how much more can I do this? my son will need a car in 2 years and I don’t see him taking this much care of this when he gets it, so drove to the Ford house and picked up a 2010 truck.
So there it is… yup, that’s it… my 05 jeep CRD with 125,000 miles is gone. sniff sniff….
what's that?? yes?? ok to answer your question, yes I do still have a few small parts left over…
stock rear springs and shocks
only 1 day used Cat fuel filter as well as org. fuel head which has the cat 2 conv in it
I'm open to any offers if anyone wants them.
