Contact your credit card company, they will do charge backs for errors or fraud.
Unless it is Amex dealing with Spirit Airlines, I had to write them a nasty letter and threaten them with the Government Alphabet Soup.
If you have an order number, they should have a way to track the order.

As I have said to you before Proff (on another forum), I have used Mopar Parts Online (Long Island NY) as they will ship to Australia and take international credit card transactions. I have used them just recently for a part and there were no problems at all and they provide a tracking number to follow the shipment to your door. Be aware that often an outlet will need to order the part (if they don't hold it in stock) and this can seem to be a dead period in the transaction but that can be cleared up with good communications. As far as charging goes, Paypal will always take your money immeadiately, whereas if dealing direct with the vendor they often will not charge your credit card until the part is shipped.

yes i agree with what your saying but they tell me now on the phone and online that they never have and never will shipped parts outside the USA. Even if you try to call them via a mobile or land-line or VOip phones . the numbers will be in Australia and you can not access their phones. It rings once and comes up engaged every time I called. They don't answer emails. The main trouble they tell me is that the shipping address has to be in the USA while the billing address can be anywhere in the world. i can't understand why they told me there would be no troubles using PAYPAL and shipping to Australia but online , No Paypal and no shipping to Australia. i have no idea what is different in the way you get parts from them to the way I am getting parts from them. But there is NO WAY I will be using them again

mopar American parts online is not Mopar Parts Online. This is who I use:

http://www.moparonlineparts.com/

and as others have said David Graham is the guy to talk to there (and email has proved to be enough for me).

Obviously there are many web based businesses that use Mopar as part of their trading name, while most are just online retail appearances for dealer parts departments.

The one I have posted and referred Proff to is the one I have dealt with and found them to be competent and good communicators. Importantly for Proff, they take international credit card transactions and ship to Australia.

As far as I can tell there is no reason for the prohibition of international credit card transactions any longer, even Paypal is allowing them now. Yes, there used to be a rule for US online businesses that the Card Holders listed address with the Bank/issuer had to match the shipping address and this had to be within the US - I do not believe this is any longer the case. The world is a much smaller place today and international commerce and transactions require an open system which can only help these businesses grow.

X2. This is the company I used too because of the recommendations on this site. I got a thermostat and a fuel water head and it came in the mail days before it was scheduled. I'm not saying they will ship to Australia, but they seemed like a legit company.
