Got my GDE Eco-Tune flashed in from the programmer last night, aside from some issues with Vista and having to use an older laptop with XP, this is a fantastic product with incredible customer service from the vendor. Flash programmer works very well, and reads all factory codes, unlike the autozone scanner.

I havent had a chance to fully test it or assess fuel economy, but first impressions are:

1. Runs much smoother at idle and at load
2. Much less throttle needed to move, doesnt seem much quicker at 0 to 20 but very quick from 20 to 70 (and beyond up to a certain triple digit number I wont mention)
3. Seems to have less visible smoke under heavy load.

Cant believe I waited 60k to consider this product, I would recommend it to anyone and well worth the $500 after I return the tuner.

So did you get the scanner on loan, or buy the scanner and Eco-tune??
Glad you like it!

Keith is awesome, he sent me one knowing I might return it for deposit. Which I am going to do, while an incredible tool I cant program it in the vista environment. However, I have kept both my original and tune file handy incase I need to rent a scanner and redo it.

I have no doubt Keith's customer service will come through.

So far very good results, havent seen a huge blip in fuel economy but because I have been dealing with some injector and other issues I have been romping it hard so anything is probably lost until I get back into my "circuit".
