I ordered a CAC hose from my local dealer, and when I got it in I ordered the wrong one. I went with my local dealer because they matched moparonlineparts.com prices because I was ordering so much, parts for a timing belt change. The one I have on the Jeep is the new revision and is in good shape. My dealer has a strict no returns on non defective special order parts

So I have the following items for sell now

55037730AD(drivers side cac hose) and 6104795AA(clamps x2) for $85, and I will cover shipping

Would also be willing to trade for a new water pump if you have one just sitting around

Today was one of those days. I was at the base of a hill running about 55, with cruise on. As soon as I started up the hill, the jeep down shifted, and a big black cloud of smoke filled my rear view mirror and a lose of power. Yes you guessed it, I popped a CAC hose. And yes, it was the one that I thought I ordered. And I forgot to order the correct hose, just did it and now I have to wait a week or so for it to come it.

I cut the hose in half at the rupture and inserted a piece of 1 1/2 tubing. I put a hose clamp on each side of the split and the taped it with gorilla tape. Hopefully this will hold until I get the new hose in.
