Replaced the thermostat and gasket. Only a little over
two gallons of old coolant out. Filled her up with Zerex G05
and distilled water. Temp gauge is now just to the left of 12:00.

Loving that cabin heat!!!! 16 F here for a high today!!!

The mileage on the EVIC went up about three MPG's almost
immediately after installing the new stat. I know the EVIC is not
accurate, but it's still got to be better than it was!!!!

Clean MAP sensor, tightened 'Water in Fuel' drain as it appears to be the cause of 'Air in Fuel' problems since I change fuel filter last week - hopefully that's fixed now.

Well Saturday I installed racor lift pump in line. Job was easy took more time to find all the tools than to do the work. Took pics and will post soon.

So far seem to have less crank time before firing on cold start :D ( temps lows around 10). Also, seems to not have rpm wander at 40 mph cruise control like before :D . Have not noticed shorter turbo lag as some have stated :x . Going to recheck for air @ fuel head.

Will post more as results warrant.

Oil changed yesterday after my trip using the new to me Mobil One Diesel Truck oil i have never seen it before and it meets all the standards so i am going to try it and see how it compares to Royal Purple. Also still breaking in the new TCM in tune seems to be meshing well with my lift and tires jsut had to change up my driving style a bit.

Installed the power/leather seats out of another '05, but have to figure out the wiring for the heat...

Had to swap the air bag/bladder sensor from the stock sport seat to the new seats, but besides that a really sweet install!
