My 05 CRD Libby w/66k on the odo needs the glow plugs replaced but the stealership still doesn't have any availability time frame about it yet. I am about to move from the warm southwest to the midwest. This is my wifes vehicle and she doesn't like to deal with heaters etc. I am considering selling it and not sure what they are worth right now. I have seen a few on the lots but I think they are going for less than what they are asking on the lots. |

I will trade you for my Libby with a blown motor. I have never had an issue when the CRD was plugged in overnight with starts on bad plugs. |

Just sold my Liberty Limited in Colorado for $13K w/99k miles on it, leather, sunroof, loaded. Also had GDE HOT TUNE, 3" lift properly done w/heavy duty OME shocks, well maintained and clean. Good luck! - Mark |

Mine stickered for $31,500 new. It's got every option except navigation. And I maintain it like a cherry too. Recently, I was told that $11,000 is about all I could hope for TRADE-IN. So they obviously think they can sell it for about $13,000. |

I just bought this exact vehicle, color and everything, 41K mi for $16,500. A little high but I didn't have to pay to ship one of the others I had found which were selling for $14,500 to $15,500. |

I got my like new '06 a week ago with 58k miles on it for $12,500 from a jeep dealer. Mine is the sport and has the tow package on it. Yours being an '05 limited, I would guess it would be worth about the same. I'd guess Private Party Value to be around 11-12k. I'd probably ask 13ish if I were selling it. That said, I probably wouldn't sell it at all, just make the wifey deal with it untill the dealership got the parts. Doesn't MPA or moparonline have the kit for like $160? I can't imagine going gasser after this, I love the smell of diesel. |

Gotta remember this is Canada....we pay through the nose for everything up here. I won't pay the $23xxx they are asking.........I'd like to pay $20xxx or just under, tax (12% here in BC) in. Looks like it's never been off-road, is in mint shape, a color I like....it's only missing NAV( which I don't think I like anyway...was in 2 '07 GCs and they told me that to get home I had to go off-road, that would be fun and all...but, what's wrong with the 10 year old pavement?). My wife works at a Jeep dealer( not where the jeep ad is from though) and I am reluctant to deal with them....they tried selling me an '07GC Overland Diesel with issues and told me I was being anal....so it sat on the lot for 7 weeks and was sold for less than the 'employ price' I was offered. They have gotten so they think of selling a person a vehicle as buying a gallon of milk or a lof of bread. I have been hanging on to my '06 jetta TDI until 'the right deal' comes along. I'd like something that will tow my trailer and bike better, some mild 4x4ing, and still be diesel. If they won't deal...I can wait! |

Langley Chrysler has had some CRD's sitting on their lot at $19,900 for months. |

Way to much! even for Canada, shop around, a Westjet flight and a few hours of driving will save you thousands. |

Depends upon market.... in UT for example, the CRD has consistently sold for greater than "book" value. Actually, anything diesel will fetch top dollar here. Some states are very anti diesel and market values suffers. |

Just for giggels, I checked KBB for values on my 2006 sport which is fairly basic and came up with 15,505 private party and 17535 for retail. However, I only have 41,000 miles with is probably a good adder. This is with a AZ zip. Not too bad since I paid 21,000 new. Also off interest, it that a gasser with the same equipment is exactly 2,000 less. |

Everything is either high miles OR high dollars....or sometimes both! |

'05 sport. 18.6K miles, $12.9? Seems like a good deal. Virginia |

Reka - Watch yourself. There was a member here who had an engine fire and has been trying to unload the vehicle ever since. He's somewhere in the Virginia area, but I don't remember where. If it seems too good to be true (and that does!) see if it passes the "smell test" both literally and figuratively. Something that out-of-character for the pricing *might* be a deal... But it might just as easily be someone else's barely-disguised money pit. |

Not for me. I got mine. I used to Cars.com in this thread and it popped up first. It is a dealership now. |
