if we can't get any new plugs, when are the non ceramic plugs going to be offered by Chrysler? |

I ordered a kit Thursday, and supposed to get in a week. We will see. |

are the plugs you ordered on Thursday offered by Chrysler? do you have to upgrade your PCM? |

Kit with 4 glow plugs and controller through Jeep dealer. Don't know the answer to the second question. |

I tried having the dealer order that kit Friday, but the part is somehow frozen even though inventory shows qty of part/kit? |

Maybe when they get the programming code for the ECM (pcm?) written then with correct instructions for the installer  VW has been down this painfull ceramic glow plug issue too and there was no quick resolution
