Post subject:  ESP BAS warning lights, alignment?

So i was traveling in town the other day in PART TIME 4x4 and i was going around a curve to the right when my front right wheel hit what i assume to be a big pot hole or rut. i couldnt tell what it was because it was covered in snow. Anyways the ESP BAS light has come on and the traction control (squiggly lines) light too. Also it pulls to the right something horrible. As i traveled home from work the lights stayed on and it seemed as though my traction control had stop working completely? Will a simple alignment fix this issue or am i looking at a bigger issue? Ive seen similar posts to this one, but many have said when the lights have come on it has not perfected performance. I can understand why my alignment would be off (i was taking the corner at about 30), but why would my traction control no longer function?

couple of things...you could have knocked out an ABS sensor (cheap easy 10 dollar fix) or a wire to one of the ABS wheel sensors failed (happened to me...very fragile junk on the wire harness).
