I just placed and order Sunday for brake pads with no problem, I hope it does not screw up my order?

Here is another good source online. http://www.leeparts.com/2002_2007_jeep_liberty/

I have found that both sites prefer Internet Explorer over Mozilla Firefox. I cannot get the part search to work correctly with firefox. Works great with Explorer.

I found the same thing, Google chrome works also, but not Firefox...

I use Firefox on a Linux PC with no problems, the site some times has problems, and even the Internet Exploder will not load pages.

Is moparpartsamerica ever UP?

I ordered a thermostat from them on friday because I have a short time window where I can do the install before holiday driving trips start up and I wanted to get it done before then. I can do it by thursday of this week at the very latest. I ordered from MPA because they offere overnight shipping for about $20 more and I figured if they got it out by tuesday I could still pull it off.

As of tuesday PM there is no indication that they have done anything with the order. Phone calls always get a busy signal. Email got no response. As of now I still need the part, but no need for the extra money for the overnight shipping since I couldn't do anything until January anyway.

But I can't contact them at all. They may be ok in other ways, but the obvious lack of customer service of any kind rules out any future orders from me.

When I ordered my thermostat from moparpartsamerica they used the order number for my zip code and it stalled at a fed-x site 1000 miles from here. I had to resolve the problem through Fed-x with no help from them. My previous orders were fine but this last one is the last for me with them :furious:

Actually I had ordered the t-stat from there, but then saw that MoparPartsAmerica offered overnight shipping (+$) as an option and MoparOnlineParts did not. That was the only way I would get it in time, so I cancelled and ordered through MPA.

As an update, they charged me for the order, but now it looks like they cancelled the charge. Maybe there is someone home there. Still no communication from a human.

both sites seem to use the same "trademotion" server and are about the same. They also both seem to be kind of crappy sites, They are both close in price and I can't decide who to order from!

Any idea how to tell if they have the item in stock? I can add all the stuff to the 'cart' but I would like to know if they actually have it available!

I have heard of people actually communicating with MoparPartsOnline. I have ordered from them and called on the phone, got an immediate answer, told them I wanted to cancel and it was immediately cancelled.

The only communication I have from MPA is an automated email:

"You have chosen not to provide a Vehicle Identification Number. Due to catalog errors or mistypes, we cannot verify you are getting what you want and so there can be no return on this order. If this is okay please let us know you want to continue with the order. Thanks Q31039

www.moparpartsamerica.com ..... Toll Free 888-272-4596"

Called the number for the umpteenth time, still a busy signal. BTW, the other number on their website is not a working number.

I replied to the above message, but when I look at the routing for the email I see that it went to the software company, not not MPA.

Maybe there IS somebody home at the software company and they passed it along. :banghead:

Your current problems with MPA seem to be the new norm for them :dizzy:

They did finally reply via email and cancelled the order. They said they were experiencing technical difficulties with their phone system. I guess that's why I was getting a busy signal instead of the no-answer that others reported. :dizzy:
