I found a good privately owned auto shop in the Seattle area that has experience with Jeep CRD's.

Ill be taking my KJ there when the timing belt needs to be done.

The owner of the shop runs a Saturday morning auto show on 570 KVI from 0600 to 0800. I called and asked him about working on CRD Libertys. He said his shop has worked on a few of them. He mentioned and its true how when vehicle warranties run out people look for independent shops to get work done on their cars. Im that way.
