 Post subject: Turbo Actuator Vacuum Filter -Alternate Sources?Lawn&Garden?

The little filter hanging off the vacuum actuator for the turbo looks like something I'd find in the lawn mower section at the corpo store. Since I'm suspicious of my turbo making a rattling noise at lower transitional RPM's so I thought I'd change it.

Anyone find a suitable replacement that doesn't fund Chrysler's propaganda machine?

You can replace this with a generic, see through plastic, 1/4" inline paper fuel filter.

Your engine bay is way to clean. You need to put that Jeep to work. :-)r

it probably doesn't but I thought the EHM may have soiled it some. I'd say If it is visibly dirty or take it off and blow to see if there is some resistance.
