I traded in the crd for a cdi. Good luck to the new owner. Other than minor fuel issues, I only had an ac pressure sensor (under warranty) go out on me in 5 years and 83k miles of ownership. I wanted something more comfortable, and like the diesel. Anybody know how to SEGR a 2006 e320 cdi? Although this thing is fast when compared to the jeep. I would like to keep the soot from plugging up the intake. Old: '06 white crd limited SEGR, GDE Eco, GDE trans, lift pump 83k miles New: '06 grey cdi nav, sunroof, needs bluetooth and segr 44k miles |

We can tune your 2006 E320. It would require the flash tool to obtain your original tune, then we can modify for EGR issues, added performance and better fuel economy. Is your Merc equipped with a particluate filter? Not a big deal either way. We have been testing several Mercedes 3.0l V6 diesel engines in different applications with very good results thus far and your vehicle is just another variant we could optimize. Send us an email if you are interested. |

GDE, DO you have a product available yet for the 3.0 Benz CRD motor that's in my wife's Grand Cherokee? I'm looking for the obvious off road deletion of the EGR, possibly DPF delete, and improved power/torque similar the Immotion tune. Let me/us know. We'll be anxiously waiting. |

I bought my wife a 05 E-320 CDI "new" in May 05. It has the straight inline 6 cyl. Have made several road trips with it and plenty of power and ton's of torque. Our average highway milage is usually around 35-36 no matter how fast we drive it. Now it's a garage queen, has only 31k miles on it. I've got 4 cars and just 2 drivers in the family both retired, and the daily drivers are 06 Lib.CRD and 09 V.W. TDI sport wagon. We may be selling the Mercedes soon, it's in excellent condition. |

We will have the Grand Cherokee tune finalized in about 1-2 weeks. I am hurt you compare us to InMotion...it is not even the same sport! The WH/WK tune will take care of EGR and the swirl port. Power and torque are increased throughout the rpm range and the launch is much improved. The added kicker is improved fuel economy around 10%. Very difficult to get much more than this with the high axle gearing in the GC. We are not aware of other tuners that deliver real world fuel economy improvements like GDE. We have not investigated a DPF delete tune yet as that would add some significant costs on the customer end. |
