Hello folks, long time lurker. Finally signed up. Thanks for the info over the years. But now, the family needs a bigger vehicle. I have a 2005 Liberty CRD Limited. Patriot blue, gray leather interior. Full time & part time transfer case, heather/power/leather seats, sunroof, 78k miles. Cosmetically very good inside and out. I just replaced the torque converter (latest Chrysler Euro model) and tires. I also have the GDE Eco tune. The bad is that it has a CEL for a glow plug and a small crack in the passenger side corner of the windshield. Neither affect inspection. It also starts fine on the coldest mornings we get in SW PA. I have had it since 36k. Dealer replaced the turbo when I bought it. So all of the big ugly failure points have already been addressed. 28-29mpg on winter diesel. I change the oil every 6250 miles and the diff lube every 12,500. The transfer case fluid was changed at 60k. Looking for $14,000. Can send pics. |

There's a "for sale" section filled with other KJ's that won't sell if you care to participate...another CRD too! |
