Post subject:  HELP: Transmission Oil Condenser

I got a serious leak on my Transmission Oil Condenser.
Mopar part (5183561AA) is out of Stock in europe and in the US it seems.

Can anyone indicate me an alternative brand / shop ?
I am also considering to mount the seperated cooler like indicated in this thread:
vie ... c&start=20

but i can't find a shop that would ship the pieces to Europe....

any solutions ?....

moparpartsamerica.com appears to have it in stock as it comes up in the cart with a shipping estimate and no out of stock flag. Delivered in US it costs $350 or so US. If this is the same as the automatic transmission fluid cooler the typical work around is to install an oversize after market transmission cooler, available thru any after market parts store, and reroute the fluid to that cooler which cuts the leaking factory cooler completly out of the circuit. Also it might be possible to fix your leak with some of the newer epoxy glues but that I don't know for sure.

Remember it's a transmission fluid and air conditioning condensor both combined in one unit :JEEPIN:

Good point, I'd forgotten that. However, if the leak is transmission fluid, which is what I assumed, then installation of an after market ATF cooler would work and likely is the least expensive solution.

I called early this week , and they told me there was no delivery date available. Plus i really think i will go for the cheap way: install a separate cooler...

U-Haul does not ship out the US.
Can anyone buy it and have it shipped to me (via UPS or FedEx) in Switzerland ? The PN of the U-Haul model is: 13238. there is a write-up saying that this model fits on the 2005 CRD.

I propose to send the money via WesternUnion.

...thanks!
