Like the title says has been on for almost 3 weeks now. Just recently notices the odometer doesnt work, my scanner wont do abs codes on the jeep. I noticed the light came on a few times in snow but would always reset with a restart. Anyone have a similar problem? Im thinking maybe rear abs sensor. I want to avoid paying to have it scanned. Thanks in advance.

I'm experiencing the same issue, what is the part number of the rear ABS sensor on a 2005?

Mine did the same thing twice..first time is was a broken wire connector on the differential speed sensor and second time it was a front anti-lock brake sensor. Both are easy and cheap fixes.

So i checked it out quick and there wereno signs of wearing on any wires. I unplugged and plugged inbthe rear sensor and the connector seemed to be ok. I guess next thing is to take a dvom and check the output of the sensors. Anyone know what they should be?

Well i figured it out. Aparently when i put the wheel bearing in i put the sensor wire around the wrong side of the knuckle. And it rubbed on the rotor so some weatherproof connectors and electrical tape and a reroute and its good to go. Thanks again for the suggestions.
