Gotta love all those mandated BS emissions bestowed on us by a bunch of acid headed hippies changing the world, and saving us from our own self destruction. ![]() |

It's a drinking game converted to a 12-step program... Dan |

I sent the ECU to GDE for an ECO Tune today after spending some hours trying to get the EGR out for cleaning. I only had two bolts and some hoses to go, but it occurred to me that even after cleaning it, the solenoid could crap out, and I don't want to go through this again. I should have just sprung for the tune before I started removing the EGR, and saved the skinned knuckles. Hypocritical? Yes. The Anti-Acid-Head-Hippie Chorus is warming up, and will now commence to remind me of my moral turpitude. The fact that this vehicle is best serviced by a double-jointed anorexic has me thinking about jumping ship for something with a larger engine bay, one in which I can walk between the engine and the fenders. |

Omg, I started taking things apart the other day to do exactly that and holy doo doo, I've never had to work on something that i had to contort my hands and body position into just to get at some retarded bolt location. I love this vehicle, fun to drive, etc. etc... but *&^^&* working on it. Shoot me... LOL at the language filter. |

I've been thinking about a Jeep WK CRD because of easier access to work on the engine. This photo gives me second thoughts: ![]() |
