I must have ordered the wrong parts, I'll post a pic but the are just cast steel brackets and not isolators like I thought I ordered. Anyone have a pic that so I can at least get an idea what they look like? Thanks. |

The passenger side one tends to cost a bit more because it comes with the heat shield installed. If you order 2 drivers' side mounts you can save a few $s by reusing the heat shield that's on your existing mount. |

They will be the engine mount support brackets that are the interface between the engine and the mounts (rubber isolators) you require. Happened to me also, even the dealers get it wrong. As previous poster has noted use two LH units as they are cheaper and swap the heat shield. Part# 52129374AC @ $36.24 or 52129011AD @ $44.35 |

That's a big price difference for a heat shield! |

That's a big price difference for a heat shield! Yes, if you look at Sir Sam's photos you can see a tab washer on top of the heat shield. Grab that washer with some pliers and gently unscrew it from the top of the mount, then you can remove the heat shield. If the washer is too tight to unscrew from the threaded stud then grab a small screw driver and slightly bend up the tabs of the lock washer. It is definitely doable. |

For the record, here is a good thread showing photos of the motor mounts and some discussion about how they fail: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=49882 |
