Thanks. Tried that, but didn't see anything for the Houston area.

Before I decideed to do it myself I talk to the diesel mechanic of riveroaks jeep and he has done the TB service about 2 times he told me. The dealer charge 1100 for the full service and the good thing is that they are the only dealer in houston that still has all the VMmotori tools needed for the TB service as all de other jeep dealers merge with dooge/chrysler dealers back when GM and chrysler had to file bankrupcy.
It took me 11 hours to get the TB service done from which 4 hours where removing that darn fan clutch!!!!! once the fan clutch is out of the way it should be a smooth sail. Also, I didn't use any special tools, only regular hardware store tools, and now my libby is good to go for another 100k. :JEEPIN:

Did you change the water pump too, or just the belt?

water pump was replace due to failure at 80000 miles, so I did not change it this time arround, I replace the thermostat and all the other stuff though. my end price was about 400 bucks for parts only, including idler pullies, belt and tensioner, serpentine belt and tstat.
I think you can order the water pump from o'rellie and replace only the front of it so you dont have to mess with the housing which is the difficult one to remove, but you might want to do some research about that one.
