I've listed a CRD cylinder head in the Trading Post

I took the head to http://www.aluminumheads.com/ today and they checked it for warping.
They tried to get a .002 inch feeler gauge under their precision straightedge and it wouldn't fit.
The limit is 0.004 inch, so the head is flat.

Just had the head pressure tested and vacuum tested for valve closure.
It passed all tests according to Rick's Cylinder Head Services, Milwaukie, Oregon.
