CEL came on, Code P0900. They had the car for 13 days and replaced fuel pressure solenoid, part # CHR05159962AA. The CEL would not go out, they replacd Fuel pressure limiting valve. Still couldn't get CEL to go out. After many attempts it did. They told me it was fixed. I drove it 17mi, CEL back on Same P0900 code and it's in limp mode. I'm taking it back to them today. Anyone have this similar problem and what was done to fix it? I'd like to be able to tell them so they don't have it for another 2 weeks. Money isn't object, I have Chrysel extended warranty, 0 deduct. But, my warranty only covered 5 days rent a car and would you believe it, my wife's Cherokee diesel had a major electrical failure on the way down to pick up my Liberty. They have her car now too and I'm with transportation. Thanks!

My OBDII list states that P0900 code is: "Clutch Actuator Circ/Open" which would appear to be a problem with the automatic transmission....all the P09xx codes after that deal with the auto box.

Problems with the fuel pressure solenoid area would be P1130 according to my 2002 CRD manual.....may be different for a later model CRD :?

Get them to show you where their flow charts say that P0900 has something to do with the fuel pressure....maybe they are correct and my list of codes is wrong?

Will do. While it was in for the P0900 code, they did the recall on the torque convertor. Before This was done, there were no probs with the tranny, they just did all recalls when I brought it in.

For what it's worth there is no P0900 code listed in the "e" copies of the 2005 diagnostic manuals or the 2006 FSM. I know those documents don't list all the codes though so if this is a valid code I'd wonder what it is. It's not one of the fuel system codes I am aware of.
