Does anyone know the # of sports vs limiteds produced 2005 vs 2006? We've had my 05 limited for just a few weeks and my wife is considering buying one for her. She'd want the limited with leather/sunroof and when I searched around this morning, there wasnt much listed. I'm curious what the % of the vehicles were limiteds?

Also, has anyone done a Katzkin or other kit to convert a cloth Liberty to leather? Maybe we could go that route, the leather in at least my liberty doesnt seem that good of quality (lots of non-leather), so it may work out better for her anyway.

I am looking at a local shop to recover my seats, the bolsters are breaking down so the cushions will have to be rebuilt. Also I will add seat warmers, top and bottom.

Don't "assume" that all Limited's have leather, sunroof, EVIC and other stuff

Limited models came with power, drivers side only, upgraded cloth seats, chrome plated grills and body side moldings and matching painted fender flares and bumper covers. Anything else except maybe cruise control was either part of a package or seperate options.
All CRD's came with the same 16" mag rims and Selectract transfer cases.
My CRD Limited is one of the low end ones and the only options are a package shelf in the rear and Sirus recievier on the basic radio :5SHOTS:

Not to mention those Sport models that came with leather and the sun roof. Best you can do is shop around for one with what you want or as close to what you want as you can get. Recovering the seats is an option although likely not cheap depending on who you get to do it. My past experience with car seat work leads me to the conclusion that there are lots of really expensive shops that do good work but there are also lots of smaller shops that do the same quality of work for less. At least that's the case is this part of the country.

I bought a sport because that's all I could find cheap, and I am working on swapping a lot of stuff. Today I am working on the EVIC, I already did the Heated leather seat swaps (which I will recover with Katskin --$1,000!!!) but I am not adding chrome, and will probably keep the grey plastic fenders because they can take abuse offroad better.
