 Post subject: boost solenoid

Hey guys, I was checking around the turbo side of the engine to see if I could find a lead on the noise posted on another thread. I notice that the boost solenoid is buzzing all the time and is rather hotter than the engine compartment temperature. Is this normal? should I look further into it?
