I took the head to http://www.aluminumheads.com/ today and they checked it for warping. They tried to get a .002 inch feeler gauge under their precision straightedge and it wouldn't fit. The limit is 0.004 inch, so the head is flat. |

Just had the head pressure tested and vacuum tested for valve closure. It passed all tests according to Rick's Cylinder Head Services, Milwaukie, Oregon. |
