Hi all:

I bought my 05 CRD limited form NW Jeep in Portland OR 3yrs and about 36K ago, now let me also disclose that I picked up the Platinum, Gold, Bronze whatever you want to call it service contract.

These guys actually listen to what I tell them and know about this forum.
So my recent issue was the thermostat, they looked at it and said their was an issue with the in came heater relay and they replaced that, a week later no change and I took it back, told them about the post on this forum and printed off some materials, they actually said that made more sense then what Mopar was telling them and replace the t-stat.

Now my rig heats up to just less that 1 notch from dead center and is back up in the mid 20's MPG in town from 19.5-21.5.

So if your in the NW and need a shop that actually fixes issues then call on NW Jeep.

This is the list of things they have done for me in the past, when I add it all up the contract was a wise move now I just need to determine if I renew or dump the jeep after the warranty is up.

-2 Mass Air
-Boost hoses
-rear door window regulators
