I just ordered 235 70 16 is 235 75 better choice. Posted in wheel and tire section but figure I better talk to CRD users. Tire Hankook dynapro atm rf10. Then if I go max is the tire 245 70 or 245 75. Also yokohama geolander at/s or stick with what I have. I would have looked at general at2 but there backorder maybe I could call and double check supply. Looking at discounttiredirect. Also what came stock 225 75 16 right I thought this was smaller than 235 75? Right now jeep has Liberator tires everyone was getting Walmart. Jeep is gone for week or I would run out and look. |

I recommend some searching the forum as there are several threads on tire size. From memory, the stock size is 225/75/R16 and the max without a lift is 235/75/R16. There is front end sag to consider too, so YMMV. |

do not try 245/75/16 without a lift, you won't be able to turn the wheels. biggest without a lift is normally 245/70/16 some folks have been okay with 235/75/16 and several like 215/85/16 - although you have to run load E and the weight's a big deal |

I have no lift and 245/70/16. I like the size and have zero rubbing issues. Only issue is now my saggy springs look even more saggy due to the smaller wheel well gap. Good size. |

Yah METCRD I see you got some offroad tires so your ready for Utah next year. And you have to bring the hook if you do come. |

On my stock rims, 235/70/16 (=stock tire size!) rub like H..ll on the front stabilizer at full lock... |
