What is this part and does it mount anywhere? It was dangling by the radiator below the air filter box.

do you have any code4s? could be the maf sensor plug, should have a sensor on top of tube from filter housing to motor that will take a plug. if no codes and that is what it is, leave it unplugged to retain max mpg.

I think that's for the tire pressure receivers. From what I've read, each tire has a small transmitter in the valve stem that monitors the pressure and sends a signal to a receiver. The receivers need to be close to the wheels in order to pick up the weak signal.
