I just finished replacing the head gasket, rocker arms, and lifters on my CRD. It seems to run great most of the time. My wife is driving it everyday to work, but it does have a few issues that i really need help on. It keeps throwing 3 codes:

1)P0069 - Intake Manifold Pressure <-> Ambient Air Pressure: Incorrect Correlation
2)P0401 - EGR System: Insufficient Flow
3)P0299 - Boost Pressure Regulation: Control Range Not Reached

Limp Mode is very sporadic. Sometimes it is triggered after backing up out of the driveway and others just after sitting at a red light. We can shut the car off and recrank it and Limp Mode is gone and drives great.

My biggest issue is that we are averaging 14 to 17 mpg. I am sure that we should be getting better than this and i am thinking it has something to do with these codes. Yesterday i removed the MAP sensor and cleaned it. After reinstalling it I can crank the jeep, erase the codes, drive for a while and the codes never show up. But as soon as i turn the car off and re crank it the codes are back on. Please Help.

1. Buy and replace a MAP sensor. Clean will not help.
2. Try to clean EGR or do SEGR mod or GDE tune
3. Same as no. 2

You can buy it in regular auto shop.
Original MAP sensor for Liberty is made by BOSH and Bosh part number is 0 281 002 437 .

Buy it from Summit Racing for $65,95 instead of the Mopar part number 68031593AA from the Jeep dealer for $100.00
