Hi can anyone tell me what oil I can use for a manual transmission 2.5CRD 2004, All my searches say ref manufacture spec, there must be a large oil company producing an equivalent oil may be someone like Castrol! any help out there??

Go to Sir Sam's NOOB guide and download a copy of the 2003 factory service manual from the link there. I suspect it will have the info you need.
