What is the procedure to discovering what my ECU is putting out for glow plug Voltage?

You could pop #1 off and put a voltmeter on it and cycle the key.

Probably not that simple as they're are driven with a PWM signal.

It wouldn't really matter if it were MPPT (lol), if you have a voltmeter worth having (Not some $5 Harbor Freight junk) it should be able to measure peak, etc even if it's a pulse.

You just need to know your Duty Cycle information.

You could make a measurement tool with a pic micro and an LCD, but I'm probably getting too advanced for most with that statement.

It's very simple, really.
