I would also add about 16 oz of low ash 2 stroke oil in to your fuel tank. This will improve fuel lubricity of any residual gasoline you have in your system and your CP3 will also thank you.
With all of the cranking you have done, have you recharged your battery? the CRD CPU is very sensitive to voltage when cranking.
