Anyone try this out on a CRD? Should work according to ads. I'm going to get one, I wonder if you can change things besides just reading and removing codes. Anyone have any experience with these? |

I think several people have tried this out with mixed success. I use this with a bluetooth OBDII I bought from amazon, but only to remove codes (which works fine)... I can't really comment on other fucntionality. |

Mine works. Plug in your OBDII Blue Tooth transmitter and let it boot up before you turn on Torque. If you don't your Torque may think you are hooked up to a V8 engine and read the wrong RPM. |

I've had very limited success with my '06. It manages to read RPM and TPS but nothing else. It can't even manage to read the DTC's left behind from the ORM and failed FCV. I've tested it with other vehicles and it works fine so I'd conclude that my CRD doesn't work with Torque rather than the other way round. |

I just got a ELM327 adapter off amazon and paired it with my Nexus 7 tablet. So far I only looked at rpm, coolant temp, rail pressure, boost (needs calibration), and intake air temp (seems to be from the airbox sensor, not the manifold sensor). The HUD (heads up display) mode is sweet!. I can lay the tablet on the instrument cluster hump, leaning away from me and wedged down against the glass, and see six gauges projected up onto the windshield at night. Nice and low where it's not in my line of sight. |

Can everyone who's using this app post what devices they're using and what the success is with lockups etc? I'm using this adapter http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009F4 ... 00_s00_i00 With a Nexus 7 tablet. So far I can read most things but it locks up after about 15 minutes. Won't reconnect unless I cycle the ignition. It never drops the vehicle out of overdrive like the Scanguage II did. |
