Is this a concern, did my first real towing 2000 miles with 4k trailer. The leak is right at the connection to jegs part, stainless clamps are tight. Is it possible to pick up new hose for different vehicle like old chev and delete thermo during summer. Meziere WN0072 - Meziere Inline Thermostat Housings OD is 1.5 I think, thought autozone could help me but it's wall parts. Dealer wants $120 lol. ![]() http://i1157.photobucket.com/albums/p59 ... I had the same thing. I ended up taking out the entire hose and unit, made sure the connections are straight on the unit. the fixed the front connection to the radiator. The angle of the loop to the unit is pretty severe, make sure you get that the house is not crimped and then connect to the old t-stat. I had to take more off the upper hose piece to make the loop in the hose not crimp the hose. |

Good news replacement hose can be subaru legacy, impreza or sc400 lexus. Rockauto did show these cross reference. $12bucks I can put one on and delete inline for summer |

I never seen an in line thermostat like that before. That is why I was confused about the leaking. I thought it was an in hose thermostat. Sent from my Kindle Fire using Tapatalk 2 |

Did the coolant gauge ever show you were running hot at all? The added restriction in the cooling system will reduce flowrate a bit and increase pressure. No issues the cap bleeding off coolant in the bottle? |

Looks like a possible overheating condition to me and one to stay away from like the plague. |
