Bad Glow plug..... check circuit. |

trace any of the glow plug wires up to the 4 way connector pull that and measure the contact to ground - good is ~ 1-2 ohms (some meters don't read that low very well) bad is typically ~100-200 ohms. (numbers aren't always right - the wires are) |
