Well, ordered the bearing, it has arrived and now time to install it.
You shade tree mechanics, how long to do it?
It sure is hot here, going to wait for it to cool a bit before tackling it.

How long it takes all depends on how easily it comes apart.

You'll need a Torx socket, can't remember the size, for the hub to knuckle union. You'll likely need to have a dead-blow style hammer to get the hub unseated from the knuckle. You'll likely need a gear puller to get the axle shaft out of the hub. You'll also need to remove the brake caliper and rotor.

Mine was not that rusty and it took a good couple of hours. When I put it all back together, I used liberal amounts of anti-seize. Need to do the other side at some point. The hub is good but I want both sides to come apart easily when the time comes to work on it again. Hope this helps.
