Exactly, that is what a thermistor is. I would stay as far away as I can from ChinaZone and their Walmart rejects that they have to assist you. I took my son to NAPA and he was surprised that they sold mostly parts and tools in their aisles instead of car bling. |

I thought it is referred to as a Mass Air Pressure (hence MAP) sensor......so where does the "pressure" part come into play? |

It is a combo sensor that measures manifold pressure and temperature in one unit. |

There is a thermistor (IAT) and a pressure sensor (MAP) in the unit. |

NAPA sells the part too for around $60. I was surprised to open up the package to find that the part actually was made by Bosch...Eichlan or something like that is the brand Napa sold it under. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2 |
