Cause to be concerned? Some black smoke after changes.

105,000 miles. 2006.

I was running the GDE full-torque eco tune prior with no noticeable smoke. I recently got an engine light telling me that I had a bad glow plug. I upgraded to the new 5 volt system glow plugs, and while doing that I cleaned the map sensor, upgraded to the GDE hot tune, cleaned out the intake pipe of gunk (assuming it developed from before I had the first eco-tune approx 40k miles ago). Now, engine light is off (I cleared it with the computer I got from GDE), jeep runs great, but I am getting some black smoke under hard acceleration. Is this just cleaning crap out or what else might it be?

Thanks!

Some smoke with the hot tune is normal at full throttle.

bebey - unrelated to smoke but a reminder it's timing belt time if you have not already done it.
