Hi all -

I have a 2002 Jeep Cherokee KJ Sport with the 2.5 CRD and think its time to change the CAC hoses as I have low power off idle and quite a bit of smoke when on boost. Here in Costa Rica, parts are outrageously expensive so I'll need to order them from abroad, but can't seem to find the part numbers for these for my engine. Does anyone have them handy??

Go to the following link to find the parts fiche for the 2003 KJ which is the same as the 2002.

If I was you I would rather order the silicone SAMCO hoses....last much longer. Someone here should be able to tell you where to order SAMCO hoses....you can get them in different colors even but make sure they give you the ones for the 2.5 CRD as the diameters are smaller than the 2.8 CRD hoses.

Thanks for the response! I have the parts fiche bit havent been able to find the hoses there for some reason. I would definitely be happy with the samcohoses but Ive had a hard time sourcing them for this motor for some reason.

Send a PM to tonycrd on this forum....he has a 2002 2.5 CRD and lives in Spain and he definitely will be able to give you the required part numbers and should be able to tell you where to order SAMCO hoses from!
