| Post subject: | Drivers Side Motor Mount Help |
Does anybody have any helpful hints (as to where to jack the motor, etc.) for replacing driver side motor mount. Lots of write ups on passenger side but little discussed about the driver side. Thanks to all who can help. Peace. |

I lifted mine using a 2x6 under the oil pan to spread the force and hydrolic jack to lift. I changed both sides with it lifted this way. Watch your fan so you don't drive that into your radiator. This is the tool to get the lower bolt off the driver side mount: http://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-half-i ... 96090.html With that you'll be able to get it a couple clicks at a time. Good luck! |
