Man some days it's tough to love your CRD.

Just spent a wheelbarrow full of cash getting some rockers replaced. Along the way did all of the extras so that I could live maintenance free for awhile. Everything except for the CAC hoses because they felt and looked good. Had it out of the shop for a week, WOOSH outlet hose split. I guess now I have fixed all the weak spots.

I am surprised at how much air that the turbo pushes, I should have known but it did catch me off guard.

Pretty obvious what the problem is when that hose really let's go, isn't it!

The sneaky ones are where you get a smaller hole on the underside and wonder where the boost is going, why it's smoking and losing power, getting codes - and don't hear enough air leaving the hose to home in on the problem. That can be a real pain...

; ' )

Sounds like you should be good to go for a while, now!

Mark
