Post subject:  Where buy parts for CRD 2.5?
Hello everyone. I have KJ crd 2.5 and I have a problem to buy parts.
I need Fuel pump, thermostat, top part of the fuel filter.
I am looking for a online store with shipping across USA.

Talk to George at VM Specialist UK, just Google his business using those words. Email him at the contact address. Australians buy lots of stuff from him and we have the 2.5L CRDs here as well. He ships internationally.

Hi,

if you are in the UK/Europe, try on Ebay JeepChryslerPart here in the UK they are very good, I have ordered most of my replacement part from them. They Stock Mopar and other US brands. Also you can try Jeepey.com but they are more tailored for Wrangles and Petrol Jeep.

I am from Kazakhstan. I found a way how to deliver parts from USA. I ordered parts at factorychryslerparts.com but they canceled my order saying that they have none of items i wanted.

Forget trying to buy any 2.5L CRD parts from any US supplier/website, that engine was never put in a vehicle sold in that market. You might get them from a Euro zone Jeep facility; or from VM of course. You could send a private message to LOST user 'tonycrd' (who is in Spain) he has a 2.5L CRD and can tell you where he buys his parts.

You probably need to ask whether this is an fuel injection pump or something else? It would help if you had a parts fiche for the vehicle. Again tonycrd might be able to help you with that info.

Links to FSMs and parts manuals for some 2.5L model years can be found via a link on Sir Sam's NOOB site. As to ordering from the US I would agree that 2.5L CRD specific parts may not be available thru US suppliers but keep in mind there are lots of KJ parts that are shared between the diesel and gasser version and those shared parts should be available via US suppliers. Just a minor example the 05-06 air filter box and element are identical for the 3.7L and 2.8L engines and brakes appear to be the same. Hence it may be prudent to just indicate you have a gasser when ordering shared parts from the US.

If you are still having trouble with the parts, I can get them and can ship worldwide... I still have not had a chance to get the website up yet, but I have several parts suppliers for OEM Mopar (VM) CRD parts.
