Doing a timing belt replacement in the near future and noticed IDParts had a good price on the kit so it's on the way. I have 93.5K on the CRD so it may be a few months before the job is done.

I installed an inline thermostat last summer and it's working great. I originally drilled a 1/8" hole in the stat flange as many suggested but when the cold weather set in it took much longer to come up to temp so I pulled the stat and plugged the hole. It's been fine. Never saw any temp. spikes like some experienced.
