Post subject:  06 CRD: about to do head gasket, need source for tools/parts

got MY CRD half apart, about to dig into the motor. Before I get started, I need to find a good source (online) for:

Tools (alignment pins, etc to savely remove and reinstall cams/head/timing belt)

Parts:

Head gasket
Timing Belt Kit
Glow plug conversion kit (5V steal ones)

I plan on the vehicle being off the road for a month or so, so online isn't a big deal (going to send the ECU into get the ECO tune and set up for the new glow plugs while I'm at it)

who do you guys recommend? google finds me the parts, but not doing such a good job on the tools. (and I'd love to hear your guy's feedback on online parts supliers)

I can get the parts you need from my Mopar supplier (tensioner and idlers for timing belt, gaskets, etc.)... however, you'll need to know which head gasket you have, i.e. the thickness. I have one Mopar 5v steel glow plug kit in stock, one Gates T336 timing belt, and I am going to order the locking pins for my tool inventory anyhow. I have the cam gear holder/locking tool, however (the expensive one).

If I can be of any help, send me a PM and I'll gladly give you my contact info.

Mike
