Anyone know a US Distributor that stocks these? I'll look a bit harder when I get home, but apparently most of what I've seen is British Only. http://www.motorsport-tools.com/sealey-diesel-engine-timing-kit-chryslerldv-25crd-belt-drive-vse5056-p-264849.html It's a nice kit, all in 1 except for the holder, VM1085. Exceeds VM1052 and VM1053, nice case for it all too... Picture: ![]() The conversion is $81.22 pre-VAT/Shipping, but still I think the total on just VM1052 and VM1053 nearly exceeds $81.22... Thoughts? I wish we had this kit here.... |

They seem to be available on Ebay from one or more UK sellers. |

I found a retailer that ships to the US if it helps... It came out to 110 US dollars shipped here to the states. http://www.bennetts.com/chrysler-engine-timing-tools/sealey-tools-vse5056-diesel-engine-timing-kit-chryslerldv-25-28crd-belt-drive-2214134-414390-827940.php |

Alright, I ordered one today, and it ran me $130 shipped to my house. I did some comparison shopping, and this is what I found (Hands on Tools): Miller 9660 - $58.38 VM 1089 - $27.50 VM 1052 - $43.95 VM 1053 - $36.95 That's just the intake/exhaust, the ATDC pin and the Wrench, total -> $166.78 without shipping.... That doesn't even include the other parts of the kit OR THE NICE CASE to put it in. Thoughts? I think I made the right call. |

Looks like a nice kit and the price is right. Proof of the pudding will be how well it holds up. |

No VM 1085............not sure what to say about that, I don't see how you could do a proper service without it. |

Yeah but the VM 1085 is about a $700 part - so it'd kill the advertising point actually - the Beeville writeup he used a VW tool - and someone else made of copy of that so not impossible - but harder and if you can borrow a VM 1085 - it's a better idea. |
