My 160k crd is sending codes for egr valve. I have acquired a new one and searched for instructions that state to remove fuel fliter/water separator to access the egr. Does anyone have specific instructions for this removal? |

Pretty simple, remove two nuts, loosen 2 hose clamps, remove 3 electrical connectors.....done. Keep assembly upright to keep fuel from spilling out. |

What DM said. It's not more than a ten minute job to get the fuel filter off. Now, the EGR is a different kettle of.....whatever. |
