Well 100k miles and I believe my CRD Liberty has kicked the bucket. I was driving it home on Christmas Eve when she broke down on the side of the highway, and I was forced to tow her back home. I believe either the head casket has blown or the timing belt has slipped and made a mess of things. Runs insanely rough spewing black smoke and knocking worse than i ever heard an engine before, but you can get her started. I figured I would give you guys first crack at her if you want to take it off my hands. I have already bought a new vehicle and have no interest in working on the jeep anymore. If you live near VA and want a project 2005 CRD Liberty or use her for parts, please shoot me an email or reply to this post.

Yeah its such a bummer. I used to put alot of time and money into the jeep, but after moving up here to VA just dont have the garage or space to do anything. Went out and bought a 13 Tacoma. Should last me awhile (at least I hope!). This is a 2005 Limited Edition as well. Has the side mirror defoggers, factory skidplates, and about a year or so old optima in it. Really dont want to give this to a junkyard. I am definitely willing to negotiate a good price. Hell you may even be able to fix it! I will post some pictures if i get any interest.

I am sorry to hear of your loss, I know that sometimes its fun to have something to tinker on but at the same time its also necessary to have a reliable full time vehicle. I sent you a PM earlier, I live in Roanoke Va I'm not sure what part of Va you live in but I'd be happy to talk with you about it. My number is 540-510-5031 and my e-mail is saabflyer89@gmail.com Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
