I washed my Jeep today, and this is what fell off. There's a Chrysler symbol so I'm pretty sure it's mine. I was washing the underside, and I found it near the grill. Any ideas?

It looks like it might be rubber, is that correct? I've never seen anything like that on front end of my jeep. |

Well look at you and your parts catalog...  I didn't think we had bump stops in the front like that, being all set up with struts and coil-overs like we are. I had the bumper off on mine, and we have little metal crush parts behind the "bumps" of the bumper, but I don't recall anything rubber in there like that. It does look like a bump stop however. Maybe for the sway bar? |
