Well, it appears my Greek Connection came through on a Timing belt kit, but the English connection has failed miserably to date on the Rockers/Lifters.

I'm currently in a big fight with EBAY to get my money back.

Didn't someone say there was a US seller that was doing 16 rockers/lifters for ~ $400?

Anyone mind sharing that info?

Please post the name of supplier so that we could name and shame a bad seller/supplier and others can avoid the pitfall as per ebay jeepatlantika also sells these rockers lifters for about 400 bucks shipped.

Jeepatlantika was the guy that came through on the Timing Belt Kit, and everything was exactly as he described.

The seller who failed to get me my rockers was ASTALE82.

EBAY decided in my favor last night and issued me a full refund!

Sad part is I have to buy them all over again now, and start the wait all over again.

All this aggravation and you could have just got the stuff from Corey at IDparts.

There was, I beleve he is out. Lost name= WOBBLY

Thay are made by Eurocams Cost was:
Rockers and lifters complete set: $580 delivered
Rockers set only: $440 delivered
Lifter set only: $195 delivered

I have all new rockers & lifters. For $580 I hope I dont have to open it up again. I feel as long as your EGR is disconnected the rockers will last a long time, like they do in other places around the world without EGR systems.

I asked GDE about any other known options. He said, just OEM as far as he knows.

It's too bad the guy in GB didn't come through, I had the whole set ordered and shipped for $382 US.

All 16 Rockers and Lifters.

I highly doubt Corey, as cool a guy as he seems on these boards, can get me all 16 Rockers/Lifters for $382, I had to try.

I have an email in to The VM Specialists in England, someone here posted they got a set shipped for ~$403.

Going to try that Avenue, too bad they're 6 hours ahead and I didn't email until 12:00, they had already gone home for that day....

Time and aggravation is worth the money to pay more

I ordered parts from Idparts.com and everything came. Free shipping with the timing kit too! They were easy to work with.

IDparts.com may be the best thing since sliced bread, but at $859 for a set of rockers when the Chrysler dealership has them for $960...

I think I'll try my chances and spend a little time/aggravation for 50%+ off....

I'm the one that posted about The VM Specialist - That was also where Wobbly was getting his rockers from. $403 shipped (after the exchange rate) is a VERY good deal.

I admire what Corey and IDparts are trying to do, but there isn't any way that buying the same genuine VM component for twice the price will EVER be worth that difference.

VM Specialist sells on Ebay too, but they aren't a fly-by-night or an individual like most ebay sellers. They are a legit business, and can be dealt with directly, even over the phone if you are willing to wake up at "why-the-hell-am-I-up-at-this-hour" o'clock.

The Rockers/Lifters actually came in the mail today!!! Work will begin as soon as I can finaggle the Jeep into the garage!

The US Postal Service and Royal Mail still show the package as lost, but I hopped on PayPal and sent the guy back his money anyways, since I now have what I ordered from him.

$384.20 for 16 Rockers/Lifters {that includes cost of shipping}, and I had to wait a while, but I have them in hand now, and they're genuine VM.
